Horat, short for Horatio, is one of the five main characters, alongside Phil Matibag, Jack Colero, Tito Dick and Chita Custorera.
He was voiced by Ramon Lopez.
Design
Horat is a tarsier-robot. Jack saved him from dying by replacing his arms, abdomen, sides of his face, and legs with robotic parts.
Biography
Horat comes from the jungle in Bohol, Philippines. He was found by Jack, close to dying but was saved via robotic upgrades. Phil finds it funny that Horat is from Bohol because he thinks it sounds like "butthole".
Horat is exactly like Phil. He has a very dirty mind and a foul mouth. He usually joins Phil on his adventures when Jack is hanging out with Chita (like in Road Trippin').
Horat is often called a "toy", which he hates, because the apartment in which he lives with Tito Dick, Phil and Jack does not allow pets. He is also called a toy in the Pilot episode to avoid getting in trouble for having an animal on the plane, he was mistaken as a potential bomb by other passengers. He enjoys smoking pot with Jack, Phil, and Tito Dick, as well as drinking.

Horat considers Phil to be his new best friend, he likes to imitate Phil's behaviours and has adopted many of Phil's interests and mannerisms as his own.
Trivia
- Horat had to be adjusted for California weather because he was built for Philippine weather.
- Horat was originally going to be a skunk but was changed into a tarsier since this animal is more Filipino.
- Horat wishes to own his own reality show and after he becomes famous, he plans not only to 'bang' tarsiers, but all primates.
- It is revealed in Road Trippin' that Horat can pour alcohol from a container attached to his metal abdomen and is able to shoot laser beams from his chest.
